About The Class:

At the heart of each session lies a reverence for the timeless teachings of master instructors like Alan Dawson and Charlie Wilcoxon. These luminaries of percussion education have left an undeniable mark on the drumming world, shaping the techniques and approaches of generations of drummers over the past 70 years. Their methods, refined through decades of experience and innovation, continue to serve as pillars of excellence in the realm of drumming education.

Our class aims to adapt to each cohort's unique needs. Prior to attending your first session, you will receive a Google Forms survey to share specific goals or areas of focus you wish to explore. Our session leaders meticulously tailor the class experience based on this feedback, ensuring a personalised approach and targeted guidance.

Conducted via Zoom, our sessions offer a supportive learning environment where participants have the flexibility to engage according to their comfort level. Camera use is optional, and participants can directly message their session leader for assistance or opt for personalised feedback in breakout rooms. General inquiries are welcomed in the main chat, fostering a collaborative atmosphere.

While session structures may vary per cohort, a typical one-hour session consists of a 15-minute warm-up, followed by 35 minutes of main content focusing on one or two key topics/exercises, concluding with a 10-minute warm down period.

We charge £17 per session.
